WHY ARE YOU SELLING THE ITEMS SO CHEAPLY?
After having closed the Black Member doors for 1 year, we want to give all customers the opportunity to become a Black Member and benefit from the great advantages.
WHICH ITEMS QUALIFY ME FOR BLACK MEMBER MEMBERSHIP?
You will receive Black Member membership as soon as you purchase one of the 3 products (Hoodie Rocco, Jogging Pants Rocco, or Leggings Slayton). Prerequisite: Log in with your customer account beforehand so that your account automatically receives Black Member status.
I AM ALREADY A BLACK MEMBER, DO I HAVE TO BUY THE PRODUCTS TO REMAIN A MEMBER?
All existing Black Member customers will naturally also be upgraded and will receive the new benefits.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY BLACK MEMBER PRODUCTS?
Black Member products are excluded from exchange. Free returns are not applicable here.

DO I INCUR COSTS AS A BLACK MEMBER?
Of course not, quite the opposite. As a Black Member, you benefit from many advantages, such as free shipping with no minimum order value, free returns, VIP customer service and much more.
ARE THE BENEFITS PERMANENT?
Yes! As a Black Member, you will keep both free shipping and free returns, as well as many other benefits, forever.
CAN I STILL BECOME A BLACK MEMBER NEXT MONTH?
No - just as there was no opportunity in the last year, it will not be possible to simply become a Black Member in the future. This membership is exclusive and limited.
WILL THERE BE ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME A BLACK MEMBER IN THE FUTURE?
The doors were closed for a year, which is why we are now – due to high demand – offering the opportunity to join the Black Member Club again. A fourth time is not currently planned and will not happen for the foreseeable future.
WHEN CAN I CLAIM MY BLACK MEMBER BENEFITS?
